Yang Liwei was the first man sent into space by China. As a result of this mission, known as Shenzhou 5, China became the third independent country to send humans into space.
It was on this mission that Yang Liwei heard some unsettling sounds. He recalled that the noises sounded as if they were ''caused by someone knocking the body of the spaceship, which neither came from outside nor inside the spaceship.
