With the advance of science particularly the theories of evolution over the last 100 years, an indifference to Christianity has developed and the authority of the church has diminished. Despite this there are still many who are fundamental Christians and others who profess the faith. The opposing sides of the debate of science v Christianity are presented and the conclusion is reached that they are compatible - science even advances Christian knowledge with computer analysis of the gospels.
