Frequently Asked Questions

Are we able to learn from past mistakes and avoid making the same mistakes again?

Because we make the same mistakes over and over again, history repeats itself. We don't learn from our mistakes. We don't change. We get complacent. We settle for mediocrity.

History also repeats itself because we keep believing the same old stories. Our world is conditioned to believe there are immutable laws and fixed truths. They are immutable laws and truths that we can't change.

This prevents us thinking critically. To question authority. From challenging assumptions. If we don’t ask questions, we don’t grow. We stagnate when we don’t grow. Stamina is when we continue to make the same mistakes.

History doesn't repeat itself, because we continue to make the same mistakes. History repeats because we refuse lessons from our mistakes and continue making them over and again.

Change your perception of the world and yourself to stop the cycle. There is no set in stone. All things are subject to constant change.

The key to breaking the cycle of uncertainty is acceptance. Accept that things might go wrong. To accept the possibility of failure. Accepting that failure is possible.

Accept that you may never achieve your goals. But to accept that, you should strive to improve anyway.

If you hold fast to certainty, you'll always be stuck in the past. You'll never move forward if you cling to the idea that there are fixed truths.

To achieve freedom, you must be open to change. You must let go of control if you want to move forward.

What can Abraham Lincoln teach us?

Abraham Lincoln stated, "I am slow learner; I am quick to forget."

He understood how important it is to keep learning. He also knew that there would come an occasion when he would need the ability to abandon old habits and learn new ones.

The same applies to our businesses. No matter how well we plan for success, there will be times when we hit roadblocks and find ourselves stuck in an unproductive rut.

It is vital to continually learn and develop new skills. If we are to achieve the pinnacle, we must keep learning.

Lincoln was the right person. Lincoln understood that he could be more efficient in his business but that he couldn't quit learning.

There are two types: entrepreneurs. Those who stay busy and those who stay smart.

Those who stay busy focus solely on growing their business. They are involved in marketing strategies, product development, customer support, and other tasks every day.

While they might feel that they have made a significant contribution, often they are not. Unless these entrepreneurs are also focused on staying smarter, they won't achieve sustainable growth.

What makes successful entrepreneurs different from average entrepreneurs? The ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

Entrepreneurs are successful because they look for ways of improving their products and services in the face of challenges.

However, most entrepreneurs stick to old-fashioned methods that no longer work. They don't want to change until the business goes under.

To be successful, you have to master both the art and skill of self-reflection.

What lessons can history teach us?

We have three lessons from history. To change the world, you have to do it all yourself. Second, it is essential to prepare people for change if you want to transform their lives. You can only change the future if it is better.

The first lesson is that there are two ways to change the world. One is fighting for it, the other is creating it. If you fight for it you lose sight on why you started to fight.

You can't control how people react to your ideas, but you can control how you present them. If you try and convince someone to do something, it will be a failure. But, if your goal is to inspire someone to act, you'll be successful.

Every great movement began with someone who had an idea and decided that they would act on it. So whether you're creating change or reacting to it, the best way to make your mark is to follow these three rules: Be clear about what you want, be honest about where you come from, and be brave enough to go where nobody else has gone before.

The second lesson is that each of us has a choice. We can either allow our lives to unfold, or choose to create them. We must choose the kind of life that we want. Is it better to decide what kind of life we want or wait for someone else? Do we want to control our destiny?

I think we're living a golden time right now. We have more opportunities than ever before which is creating excitement. It's exciting to see people feel empowered to shape their future.

It also presents a problem. It's difficult for people to know exactly what they want or how to achieve it.

Let's take, for example, the desire to purchase a house. You could either sit back and expect someone to gift you a Home Depot gift certificate. You can also ask yourself: "What would my dream job be?" Next, find a job that allows you to do this. Apply for financing.

Let's pretend you want to travel all over the globe. The question you might be asking yourself is "Where do I want go?" You might then start saving money and researching other countries online. Finally, you would book a plane.

Let's say that you don't have a clear idea of what you want. If that were the case, you would probably do one of those things anyway. This is how you can increase your chances for getting what you want. It might seem ridiculous, but it's true.

The third lesson is that you can always improve your future no matter what happens. This is because it's simple. Your choices influence who you are and what you become.

It is important to take inspiration from past experiences, learn from mistakes and succeed until you are successful.

You're already behind if you don't think you have anything to offer the world. You have to believe in yourself.

If you don't know where to begin, start with what you know. Start small and go from there. Think about what you've learned throughout your life. What have you failed to do? What are you proud of? How did you overcome obstacles?

Finally, remember that the only person who can limit your potential is you. You can accomplish anything, no matter what anyone tells you.

Benjamin Franklin once said that "Nothing will work without you."

What can our mistakes teach?

When you make a mistake, don't worry about it too much because it's a learning experience. This means that you will learn something. You can always learn from your mistakes. You shouldn't stress about the small details. We all make mistakes.

It's okay to feel embarrassed about a mistake. However, it doesn't really matter if you feel ashamed. It's the way you deal with your mistakes which matters most. They will eat at your soul if you allow them to bother you. Instead, see them as an opportunity for growth and you'll be stronger.

Acknowledge and move past a mistake is the best way for you to overcome it. It is important to not dwell on the mistake and instead focus on the next steps. Keep moving.

Don't be discouraged by your failures. Instead, try to find ways to improve. Learn from your mistakes, and you will be a better person tomorrow.

Successful Inventions made by accident

Inventors make mistakes. But how we respond to those mistakes determines whether our inventions become great successes or failures.

It is a fact that invention does not happen by accident. Every single invention was made intentionally. There are no accidental inventions.

An invention is a deliberate act. A deliberate decision to create something new. It solves a problem. It makes someone's life easier.

To be successful inventing is to understand that nothing happens by chance. So, instead of avoiding mistakes, focus on learning from them.

As much as we would love to say that invention is easy, it isn't. Invention requires hard work and persistence. It's not a quick fix. It takes time.

That means you must spend a lot of time thinking about problems and ideas. What are people concerned about? What do they really need?

Ask yourself these questions. Questions that will help you figure out what kind of product or service you should develop next.

This requires you to let go of any preconceived notions. Don't make assumptions about what people want or need. You need to pay attention to the needs of your potential customers and customers.

You must find out what they want. Not what they tell themselves they want.

Once you have figured out their needs, you need to find a way to make it happen. That's where invention begins.
