Serial killers are the dark stars of modern culture, but is it nature or nurture that creates a serial killer? Born To Kill takes an in-depth look at the cases of some of the most notorious murderers that have shocked the world.

Raised amidst family violence, Albert Henry DeSalvo, later known as The Boston Strangler, would come to satisfy his insatiable sexual appetite through the rape/deaths of thirteen victims from 14 June 1962, through 4 January 1964. Earlier escaping a charge of sex with a minor, he'd go door-to-door as a modeling agent, becoming known as The Measuring Man, then later on becoming The Green Man who raped women tied to their beds. Shortly after his release from prison, the deaths began, with decorative bows tied around the victims' necks. The victims were elderly for a while, then they got younger, and then rape alone became enough without killing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who was the original person to have said that historical people don't learn.

As much as we would love to live in an ideal world where everyone learns from history, there is nothing more valuable than learning from our mistakes.

It's not better to try something wrong than to learn how to do it right.

It is a mistake to not do it correctly the first time.

You'll eventually discover why you made the changes if you continue to make them.

You might find out that it was easier than you thought.

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try again. This means that you have learned a lot.

Although you might not be able make every mistake, it is possible to minimize them. That's what makes the difference between success or failure.

It all starts with acknowledging your mistakes. Look at them objectively and ask: "What can I learn?"

Your mistakes will only be lessons if your honesty is honest. They are learning opportunities.

Thomas Edison was the victim of this fate. He failed many other times before he inventing the lightbulb.

He didn't let his failures discourage him. Instead, he used each one as an opportunity to improve his design.

He also invented the most widely used form of lighting, which is still in use today.

So, if you fail, don't get discouraged. Learn from your mistakes. Use them.

And then, you can try again.

What are the three most important lessons from history?

There are numerous examples throughout history that demonstrate how we can learn and improve from our mistakes. They can be applied to current business challenges, and transformed into opportunities for growth.

The past teaches us there is always another way. There are always people out there who think outside the box and take risks that make them stand out.

History has shown us that often it is the underdogs that succeed. You can look back at those times when the underdog won.

Take a look back at the past to learn from it and make improvements for the future. Learn from the failures and successes of others.

These lessons can help you improve the success rate.

How to Learn Easily from Human History's Victories and Failures?

You don't need to wait for history repeats itself. Learning from human history's mistakes doesn't take long. Make sure you don't repeat them!

Recognize the lessons from the past to help you build your business.

This can be achieved by reading books on leadership, management strategies, and case studies of successful companies who have been around for decades.

You'll be able draw inspiration from their success and avoid the common pitfalls that they fell into.

Also, you can find examples of bankrupt businesses. Why did they fail? Are there common themes between these failures? These insights can help you avoid making costly mistakes.

Finally, read about notable historical figures like Abraham Lincoln and John D. Rockefeller. While they may have had the best resumes in the history of the world, few knew how to manage people and run a business. So if you want to learn from their experiences, you need to find out why they made so many mistakes.

It's easy to learn from the mistakes and successes of human history. Simply spend a few seconds each day reflecting on the successes and failures of the past to find ways to use them today.

What is the greatest thing about history?

This question has many facets. Learning can be viewed in three ways. First, we must realize that knowledge is power. Second, knowledge can be cumulative. We must also be able to appreciate the speed at which knowledge can change.

Knowledge is power. It allows us to make better decisions, and improve our lives. We would not have any trouble making decisions if our information was perfect. We would do exactly what we wanted, regardless of whether it was right and wrong.

Knowledge is not only power but also cumulative. This means that after we've acquired knowledge, we continue to learn more. We become more and more intelligent as time goes by. Knowledge accumulates.

Now, let's look at the third point. Knowledge is not static. In fact, knowledge is constantly changing. Every day, scientists discover new facts, theories, and ways of thinking. Discoveries are made all the time.

Technology allows us to quickly access knowledge, and is crucial for our culture. It is possible to store large amounts of data digitally and share it with millions of people around the world.

In addition to technology, globalization has changed the way we view knowledge. Globalization refers to the spread of ideas and products across borders. Because of globalization, knowledge is now accessible everywhere.

Anyone can access any information on the internet. You can watch movies, browse the internet, listen or play music and read books. All these activities require knowledge.

While knowledge is becoming increasingly accessible, it is also becoming more specialized. For example, if you go online today, you'll find hundreds of thousands of websites offering advice on topics such as health, finance, business, cooking, sports, and travel. These sites have information on every topic.

You'll find only a few sites that offer automotive-related services or products if your goal is to purchase a car online. Instead of finding thousands of sites covering every conceivable subject, you'll find only a handful covering cars.

Experts in particular fields have the ability to share and create value. This is why experts in these areas are so popular. Experts are often experts in a specific field. Experts are also capable of producing high-quality content targeted at their audience.

Consumers will appreciate this specialization because they won't have to go through tons of irrelevant information. Instead, they can concentrate on a few sites that have lots of useful content.

Experts also benefit from specialization because they can build strong businesses around their expertise. A person buys a book because he expects that the author is knowledgeable enough about his topic to be able to give a concise and clear explanation. He expects the author to understand his message.

An expert who does not specialize risks losing out to potential customers who expect him be knowledgeable.

The scope of specialization doesn't stop at one area. Many people today are experts in many areas. It could be that we are an accountant, a lawyer or a doctor. Or a teacher. Not only are we likely to be a parent or spouse, but also friends, family, and fans.

Experts argue that specialization is so common that it's impossible for one person to be an expert in all aspects of the same thing.

So how do you become an expert in multiple areas? The answer is easy: practice. To learn anything, you have to practice. Once you've made progress, keep going until people are able to recognize your knowledge.

There are many industries that help others achieve this goal. Some courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and even schools teach people how to gain knowledge quickly.
