Plague of locusts have been one of the greatest threats to mankind since biblical times. Citrus leaf fleas are also highly voracious. They infest orange and lemon trees, rendering their fruit inedible. Last but not least, mice represent another plague as they pose a huge problem. Year after year, they destroy around a quarter of the world’s cereal harvest.
