A man has been caught swimming in a lagoon that is a toxic waste dump, despite police filling it with black dye to put people off. The man, who has not been named, was said to have abused firemen nearby before deciding to take a dip in the water, which is full of toxic chemicals from a quarry. The site, in Buxton, UK, is also said to be full of harmful chemicals that reportedly have the same PH value as bleach.
