One man just came forward a few hours ago and said that he facetimed with father who is currently a police officer in Miami. When he questioned him about everything that happened in Florida, the father said that as of right now he can't give away any details, and added that people higher up told him not to reveal anything.
Oddly enough, another police officer took to social media and said that one of the camera angles caught the creature on camera, and again echoed what other officers had said by saying that he can't reveal anything, and has been given strict instructions not to say what happened.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are we able to learn from past mistakes and avoid making the same mistakes again?
History repeats itself because we keep making the same mistakes again and again. We fail to learn from the mistakes we make. We don't change. We become complacent. We settle for mediocrity.
History repeats itself when we believe the same old stories. We have been taught to believe there are unchanging laws and fixed truths. These laws are unchangeable and we have no control over them.
This prevents us thinking critically. It prevents us from questioning authority. Questioning authority. And when we don't question, we don't grow. We stagnate if we don’t move forward. We repeat the same mistakes when we stagnate.
However, history does not repeat itself because we keep making the same mistakes. We don't learn from our mistakes, and we keep repeating the same mistakes over and over.
It is possible to break the cycle of history repetition. You can change the way you see the world, and your perspective by realizing that nothing is fixed in stone. Nothing is permanent. All things are in constant flux.
Uncertainty is key to breaking the cycle. Accepting the possibility of things going wrong. To accept that we may not succeed. Accept that failure is possible.
Accept that your goals may not be achieved. Acceptance of this fact is okay. But, don't let it stop you from striving to improve.
It's impossible to move forward if you hold onto the past. If you believe there are only certain truths, it will be impossible to move forward.
You can't control your destiny. To move forward, you must give up control.
What can we learn from our mistakes?
When you make a mistake, don't worry about it too much because it's a learning experience. That means you'll learn something. But more importantly, when you make a mistake, you can change it. So don't sweat the small stuff because there's nothing wrong with making mistakes. All of us make mistakes.
It's okay to feel embarrassed about a mistake. However, it doesn't really matter if you feel ashamed. It's the way you deal with your mistakes which matters most. You'll be unable to deal with them if they become a problem. However, if they are seen as opportunities for growth you will come out the other side stronger.
It is important to recognize and learn from your mistakes. Focus on the next step and don't dwell on the past. Keep moving forward.
Don't obsess over your mistakes. Instead, find ways to improve. Learn from your mistakes and become better tomorrow.
Successful Inventions Made from Accident
Inventors make mistakes. How we deal with those mistakes is what determines whether our inventions succeed or fail.
The fact is there are no accidents when it comes to invention. Every single invention was made intentionally. There is no such thing a accidental invention.
Invention is an intentional act. An intentional decision to create something new. Something that solves a problem. It makes someone's life easier.
The key to success is not assuming that everything happens by accident. Instead of trying avoidable mistakes, learn from them.
We would love to tell you that invention is simple, but it's not. Invention requires hard work and persistence. It's not a quick fix. It takes time.
This means that you need to spend lots of time thinking about solutions and ideas. What are people concerned about? What are they looking for?
These are questions that you should ask yourself. These questions will help determine what product or service you should create next.
This requires you to let go of any preconceived notions. Any assumptions about what the world wants or needs. Listen carefully to potential and actual customers.
They must learn what they are looking for. Not what they tell themselves they want.
Once you have figured out their needs, you need to find a way to make it happen. This is where invention begins.
What is the most important lesson you can learn from history?
There is no easy answer to this question. Learning can be viewed in three ways. First, we need to recognize that knowledge is the power of learning. Second, we must recognize that knowledge is cumulative. We must also be able to appreciate the speed at which knowledge can change.
Knowledge is power. This empowers us with the knowledge we need to make better decisions and live better lives. Perfect information would make it easy to make informed decisions. We would always do what is best for us, and not worry about whether it was wrong or right.
However, while knowledge is power, it is also cumulative. This means that after we've acquired knowledge, we continue to learn more. We become more and more intelligent as time goes by. Knowledge accumulates.
Let's now turn our attention to the third. Although knowledge is cumulative it doesn't remain static for very long. Information is constantly changing. Every day scientists discover new facts, theories, ways of thinking. There are always new discoveries.
Our culture is particularly dependent upon technology which allows us to access knowledge instantly. Technology allows us to store huge amounts of data electronically and share it with millions around the globe.
Globalization has changed how we think about technology. Globalization refers the process whereby ideas and products are spread across borders. Because of globalization, knowledge is now accessible everywhere.
Anyone can access any information on the internet. You can watch movies, browse the internet, listen or play music and read books. All these activities require knowledge.
Knowledge is becoming more accessible but also more specialized. There are hundreds of thousands upon thousands of websites today offering advice on topics like health, finance and business, as well as sports, travel, and cooking. These websites provide information on just about every topic.
However, if you search online for automotive-related products and services, there are only a handful of sites. There will not be thousands of sites that cover every subject. You'll only find a handful of sites that specialize in cars.
Experts in particular fields have the ability to share and create value. This is why experts in these areas are so popular. Experts often have a deep understanding of a particular field. Experts are also skilled at producing content that is relevant to their target audience.
This specialization is good news for consumers because they don't need to search through tons of useless information. Instead, they can focus on a small number of sites with lots of useful content.
Specialization is also a benefit for experts, who can create strong businesses around their expertise. When someone buys a book, he expects the author to know his subject well enough to write a clear and concise explanation of the material. He expects the author to understand his message.
An expert who isn't a specialist risks losing customers who are expecting him to be one.
It's not necessary to be a specialist in only one area. Many people today are experts in many areas. It could be that we are an accountant, a lawyer or a doctor. Or a teacher. Not only are we likely to be a parent or spouse, but also friends, family, and fans.
Experts argue that specialization is so common that it's impossible for one person to be an expert in all aspects of the same thing.
So, how do you become a specialist in multiple areas? The answer is simple: practice. You've got to put in the hours necessary to learn something. Once you've made progress, keep going until people are able to recognize your knowledge.
There are whole industries dedicated to helping others reach this goal. Many courses, workshops and seminars, as well as schools, teach how to quickly gain knowledge.
What Can We Learn From Abraham Lincoln?
Abraham Lincoln once said, "I am slow learning; very quick forgetting."
He was conscious of how important it was for him to keep learning. He also understood that he would eventually have to learn new habits.
The same is true of our businesses. No matter how well we plan for success, there will be times when we hit roadblocks and find ourselves stuck in an unproductive rut.
That's why it's crucial to seek new ways to grow and evolve constantly. We must never stop learning, even after reaching the top of our success.
Lincoln had the right attitude. He recognized that while he could become more effective in his business, he couldn't stop learning.
There are two types entrepreneur. Two types of entrepreneurs exist: those who stay busy and those with smart ideas.
Those who stay active focus on growing their business. They work on marketing strategies, product development, customer service, and other daily tasks.
They may feel accomplished, but they are often missing the mark. Unless these entrepreneurs are also focused on staying smarter, they won't achieve sustainable growth.
What sets successful entrepreneurs apart from ordinary ones? You are able to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
Entrepreneurs who are successful find ways to improve their products and services when they face challenges.
However, the average entrepreneur will stick with outdated methods that do not work. They don't want to change until the business goes under.
To be successful, you have to master both the art and skill of self-reflection.

How To
Accidental discovery of penicillin: A successful invention
How did penicillin become a reality?
Alexander Fleming, who had some bacteria cultures left behind, noticed that penicillin was growing on them. He believed the mold might kill the bacteria so he set out to find a way that would destroy the mold.
Penicillin was able to kill the mold. Then he discovered that it could also be used to fight bacteria-related infections. Penicillin was a major medical breakthrough. It saved millions and changed medicine forever.
At first, Alexander Fleming didn't know that his finding would be so important. The other person didn't know the same. Penicillin was a powerful antibiotic that no one had ever imagined.
Scientists discovered penicillin could be used to treat bacterial infections, but this was not until after World War II. The U.S. Army approached Dr. Fleming about using penicillin to treat soldiers who were infected. Dr. Fleming consented to try.
It turned out that penicillin was effective against many different kinds of infection. It saved the lives and limbs of many wounded soldiers during World War II. And it helped doctors save countless lives after the war.
Dr. Fleming never expected his discovery to have such far-reaching effects. He simply wanted to be sure that mold didn't thrive on the bacteria he had studied. But he couldn’t see how such an easy experiment would lead to such a simple medical breakthrough.
Many of the discoveries that are made each day don't seem like they add up to anything remarkable. They are simply experiments made for no reason.
Look back on history and you'll see that even seemingly minor experiments can make all the difference.
Discoveries that seem to have nothing in common end up being incredibly important. Like the discovery of penicillin. Or photography. Or electricity. Or even computers.
It doesn't happen just because someone has an idea. It occurs because someone has a problem. And then they find a solution through experimentation.
