To learn, adapt, overcome and discover is a key aspect of our human nature. Without the desire to learn new things, mankind would hardly have progressed from our primitive stages. Though our modern-day triumphs and findings are much more random in subject, not quite so survival orientated, they remain important and intriguing, none the less.
