History is filled with incredible people, and computer pioneer Margaret Hamilton was one of them. She was critical in helping to land the astronauts on the moon for the first time in July 1969. She was a Massachusetts Institute of Technology computer programmer, and led the team that created the onboard flight software for the Apollo missions, this included the famous Apollo 11 mission.
