Plus contributions from Sir Michael Tippett, Yehudi Menuhin, pianist Roger Smalley, Annea Lockwood and Harvey Matusow who make music with glass, and the composer Daphne Oram who is now creating music on a computer. John Donaldson performs a piece by the celebrated electronic composer Karlheinz Stockhausen.
