Earth’s surface is 70 percent water, yet only about 20 percent of our world’s oceans have been explored. While many scientists turn outward to space to explore and stumble upon new findings, there are so many mysteries that lie on our own planet, right beneath the surface of our seas. The National park service has announced that Bay Area national park has seen a large number of whales wash up in recent years, saying that this number is on the increase.
