Every year new interesting discoveries are made, but some of these even divide scientists, and don't ever get fully explained. This is what happened when a mysterious looking creature was discovered. The town was built in the 1950s to serve the Leningrad nuclear power plant. A woman by the name of Tamara said she was the one who found it, and said that she came across it while she was wading in shallow waters close to the nuclear power plant.
