Back in February of 2016, the lowly populated town of Forest Grove located in the north west state of Oregon began to encounter an incredibly strange phenomenon that helped to put the small quaint town on the map after residents began complaining of a mysterious sound heard throughout the town that became a viral mystery on the internet.
