Archaeologists have estimated there's around 100 uncontacted tribes left in the wild, with most of these being hidden in the dense jungles of New Guinea and the Amazon. Although it's hard to believe that there's uncontacted tribes, every year researchers are also discovering hidden civilizations that have been lost to time. Incredibly new equipment is giving us the opportunity to look past things like the dense jungles, which up until now have stopped up from exploring certain regions further.
